These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the darazplay platform and all services under it. Each person may operate only one account. If a single person opens or operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses held in those accounts may be forfeited.

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before it becomes withdrawable.

4.2 General Rules for Other Bonuses

darazplay's weekly and special promotional bonuses are available under specific conditions. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, and multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.

• Bonuses apply only to funds deposited into a real account.
• Winnings earned through a bonus require the wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraud, the relevant bonuses will be forfeited.
• If wagering is not completed before a bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings from it will be cancelled.

5.1 General Betting Conditions

Any bet placed on darazplay is final and cannot be changed, unless a technical error makes it necessary to void the bet. The official result of the relevant game or event is followed in determining bet outcomes.

5.2 Sports Betting

For bets on cricket, football, and other sports, if an event is cancelled or suspended, bets will be settled according to specific rules. If an event is not completed within the scheduled time, that bet may be cancelled and the stake returned to the balance.

5.3 Casino and Slot Games

Casino and slot game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be cancelled and returned to the balance.

• Any bet placed by exploiting a software or network error will be considered void.
• Bet amounts must remain within the set limits for each game.
• Betting using prohibited strategies or software is strictly forbidden.

The following activities are completely prohibited on the darazplay platform. Violation of these prohibitions will result in the account being closed and associated funds may be forfeited:

3. Placing bets using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
4. Attempting to access, modify, or disrupt the platform's software.
5. Operating an account using a false identity or another person's identity.
6. Attempting to artificially influence game results by colluding with other users.

If suspicious activity is detected, darazplay reserves the right to investigate the account and take necessary action.
